He has previously held key roles at ART Capital, Yes Bank, D’Decor, Venture Intelligence, and D. E. Shaw & Co., where he developed a strong foundation in both public and private market investing.
A graduate of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, Pawan has a demonstrated history of delivering over 35% CAGR in past mandates and remains deeply committed to building enduring value for investors through disciplined, research-driven investing.

Neha Vyas serves as the Compliance Officer at Kabir Capital Advisors LLP. Prior to joining the firm, she was Vice President – Finance & Operations at Neha Buildpro Private Limited, a leading distributor in the building materials sector. She began her career at CRISIL Limited as an Executive Trainee, gaining early exposure to financial analysis and governance frameworks.
Neha holds an MBA from Aurora’s Business School.
